Bighorn Park is located 15 miles northeast of Kremmling. Access is off county maintained roads until inside the subdivision, where the roads are maintained by the homeowners association. There is a gate that is locked at the entrance to the subdivision. There are approximately 150 lots in the subdivision with acreage ranging from 2+ acres to 16+ acres, horses allowed. Lots vary in price from $30,000 – $300,000 and homes from $350,000 – $1,000,000. Dues to the HOA are approx. $230/year and the HOA has quarterly board meetings, a yearly cleanup and yearly association meeting.

This area has natural Colorado beauty with pines, aspens, views and an abundance of wildlife and great access to public lands. Bighorn Park is popular with individuals who enjoy hunting, hiking, and privacy. Electricity is available through 75% of the park and homes are on household wells and septic systems.
