Filing 2 consists of 1 acre parcels with a community well system, private septic, private Blue River fishing rights, BIG VIEWS and all day sunshine. Tom and I have lived in Blue Valley Acres since 1997. We built a new home in the neighborhood in 2008. This fun, recreational neighborhood offers national forest access a short 6 miles away. Green Mountain Reservoir is just down the road and awesome summer boating and fishing, winter time snowmobiling. Located 9 miles south of Kremmling Colorado and 25 miles north of Silverthorne Colorado, it is an easy commute to either town for work and play.
