Wow... where do I start! We were so thrilled to have Brenda's assistance in finding our mountain home in Colorado and working closely with us until everything was wrapped up. Brenda listened attentively to our desires and presented various options during the past 6 months or so. We toured with her across various areas in Granby, Silverthorne, and Kremmling. She did a great job researching all the homes and walking through and making objective comments about the pros and cons of each listing. She knew a lot about the benefits to each geographical area and associated attributes or drawbacks. Eventually she found "the home" and we got to work with Brenda. She arranged for whole house and chimney inspectors. She worked very closely with us through the inspection results and any associated negotiations. She was the key liaison with the Title Company and worked through a few issues there. We had a quick close and Brenda was very knowledgeable about the specific steps and deadlines for each of the contractual items. I might also mention that we were out-of-town buyers and Brenda really assisted with finding the best lodging, restaurants, hardware stores, coffee shops and fun things to do while we were not in the thick of the inspections and paperwork. That helped make the whole experience more relaxing and manageable. Besides being a very solid realtor, Brenda is a fun and genuine person. I feel like she enjoyed her job and was very easy to connect with. Brenda helped us find and complete our purchase, but I feel like we could call her at any time and ask her about any follow-up items or ask questions about the area, or resources, or any home related item.
